All STS ContractsCOMETS II | SeaPort-eCAASETA, Air Force Space Command, ColoradoContract Advisory & Assistance Services and Engineering & Technical Assistance (CAASETA) provides technical advice, assistance, and training required to operate and maintain Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) ranges; fielded/future satellite systems to include launch vehicles, command and control and terminal systems; fielded/future Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles systems; command and control systems; communications systems; weapons system equipment, and components at design or required levels of effectiveness. As a subcontractor, STS provides GPS architecture and program support, Information Assurance, MILSATCOM requirements, management, test, and evaluation support. STS is also accountable for overall responsiveness, cost control, adherence to schedules, responsible and cooperative behavior, technical quality of work, management of Contractor teams efforts including level of understanding of AFSPC mission, and commitment to customer satisfaction. COMETS II, Colorado Springs, COThe objective of COMETS II is to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and operational support services under a multiple award, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ), task order type contract for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) / U.S. Army Strategic Command (ARSTRAT) and agencies which collaborate with them on definition, planning, development, and execution of C4ISR, space, missile defense, and Transformational Communications Architecture (TCA) missions. Typical tasks will include development of tools and architectures, vision statements, and doctrine; program services to include planning, development, fielding, implementation, integration, installation, and documentation; modeling, simulation, and integration; technical services to define and exploit existing and future communications capabilities; rapid prototyping, limited fabrication, and limited procurement or production of communications systems; operational services; testing; training; independent verification and validation; integrated logistics services; programmatic services; and analysis of emerging technologies. More COMETS II Information » OPMAS-E, U.S. Army, GermanyOperations, Maintenance, & Supply - Europe (OPMAS-E) provides operation, maintenance, and supply support of communications and information systems under the purview of the 5th Signal Command and its subordinate units, and other military services and Customers of the 5th Signal Command. This contract provides IT Support and IT Services to augment and support the mission of the 5th Signal Command/USAREUR. As a subcontractor, STS provides 24x7 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) functions of three Global Information Grid (GIG) facilities in Germany: the Landstuhl GIG Facility, the Darmstadt GIG site, and Vaihingen GIG site located on Patch Barracks. O&M of the GIG includes the operation of Tech Control systems and sites, and includes such equipment as Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Timeplex, Maintenance of Synchronous Optical Network Radios, Microwave Facilities, the Antenna Maintenance Activity, Test Equipment, and support for the Armed Forces Television and Air Traffic Control Systems, and Tie Cable (Copper and Fiber Optic) Support. DSN, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, CaliforniaThe Deep Space Network (DSN) contract supports key exploration missions, such as the NASA/JPL Mars Exploration Rover and the Cassini mission to Saturn. DSN is an international network of antennas to support interplanetary robotic spacecraft missions and radio/radar astronomy observations for space exploration. As a subcontractor, STS provides Facilities Maintenance and Logistics Support in the form of Shipping & Receiving, Property Management, Inventory Management, and Mail Sort & Delivery. C4I2TSR, Air Force Space Command, ColoradoCommand, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Information Technology, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4I2TSR) Engineering and Technical Support provides the capability to engineer, integrate, furnish equipment and materials; install, test and provide operations and maintenance, and allied support for a wide range of current and future C4I2TSR systems world-wide to support Air Force Space Command. As a subcontractor, STS recently lead the effort to complete the communication system design, installation, test, and turn-up in support of the 460th HQ Facility at Buckley AFB. STS has also completed the state-of-the-art audio visual center for the Base Chapel. Currently, STS is leading the renovation of the Medical Center by providing the cable (phone/data) infrastructure, a security system, and the Public Address system. Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO)ATMO provides operation support, maintenance support, and other support functions at Norfolk, VA or temporary duty locations. As a subcontractor, STS assists in maintaining seaborne targets, support equipment, small boats, boat and vessel trailers and dollies and towed targets. Target and boat maintenance includes augmentation, modification, preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance (organization, intermediate, and depot level repair), storage, reactivation, and conservation. Support requirements also include transporting targets in support of training missions. United States Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) ProgramSummit Technical Solutions, LLC (STS) was selected as a prime contractor under the United States Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Program on 23 May 2007. SeaPort-e is a contract vehicle designed to obtain Engineering, Technical, Financial, and Program Management support services from prime contractors. STS is pleased to have the opportunity to support the U.S. Navy by working across the Virtual SYSCOM with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), and Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) to deliver the quality services and products that the customer requires to meet mission requirements.
